The Brawny man

Every time someone referred to the Brawny man, I kept picturing Chuck Connors. Boy, was my mental image ever off. Chuck Connors would never placate.

Click on "Pre-made" and watch 'em all. "Because it's Monday" and "Your Hair, it's Perfect" are my favorites.

Uh-huh...Uh-huh...Uh-huh...Really?

He's the Rifleman!! How does anyone not know the Rifleman?

He was also a professional baseball player. And he played the role of "Adam" in Move Over, Darling.

I was just so surprised that someone so young would remember The Rifleman.

He also played basketball for the Celtics. Amazing, huh?

How's the paper coming along?

I told you I was an anachronism...actually, my mom loved The Rifleman. She still watches it whenever it comes on.

The paper is mostly finished. Tomorrow we have a presentation, and Thursday I have an exam. The next couple weeks are really busy in general, hence my lack of substantive blogging.

I could sure use a cup of hot chocolate and marshmallows and a sympathetic listener. Also an ice cube to "drop" should the listener in question be an attractive male.

Tiramisu!
